Using what she learned in the class, not only did Amalia meet her goal, she saved enough to purchase a new home!
On September 14th, Catholic Charities, with the help of local community leaders, hosted a Mobile Distribution event in Bolton, NC. Catholic Charities gave out diapers, hygiene products, and food to those in need. By using Mobile Distribution methods, Catholic Charities is working to combat hunger in the food insecure areas it serves.
Cameron Morgan joined the Durham Community Food Pantry (DCFP) team in April 2020 having previously worked at “The Scrap Exchange,” next door.
