Avocado Dressing

Did you know there are different types of avocados? We received a pallet of Hall avocados, which have a lower fat content than the typical California avocados you might find in the store. I used one to make a flavorful and healthy alternative to store bought dressings.

Serves: 4
Prep time: < 5 minutes
You will need:
1/2 avocado
4 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste


  1. Use a fork to scoop out the avocado meat.
  2. Add oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir together.
  3. Pour over your salad, toss, and enjoy!
