Cucumber Watermelon Salad

Sweet, spicy, and delicious! Summer is the season for cucumbers and watermelons. Turn your watermelon savory with this simple and flavorful recipe.

 

You will need:

  • 1/2 medium sized watermelon
  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • Salt to taste

 

Directions:

  1. Slice and remove the rind from the watermelon. Cut into 1 inch cubes.
  2. Cut the cucumber into 1 inch cubes.
  3. Combine the watermelon, cucumber, cilantro, lime juice, chili powder, and salt. Add more chili powder depending on your preference.
