Ginger Root

 

Fresh ginger is good for you and adds great flavor! Frozen ginger stays fresh for months and is ready to use when you need it! Use fresh ginger to make tea, soups, marinades, fried rice, and lots more!

Directions:

  1. Scrape off the skin with a spoon.
  2. Cut into 1 inch cubes.
  3. Freeze in a sealed bag.
  4. Grate or mince when needed!
