Temporary – 25 hours / week
Location: Raleigh, North Carolina

Job Description: The Disaster Services Program Coordinator will assist with developing the NC Catholics Volunteer program, improving current disaster services policies and procedures, and coordinating response efforts following a disaster.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years’ experience in disaster services; experience working a disaster recovery operation; experience working with construction tools and equipment; proven writing and public speaking experience; proven computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; excellent interpersonal skills; knowledge of and commitment to Catholic teachings and practices and the mission of Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Raleigh; valid NC Driver’s License and a vehicle in working order for business use; authorized to work in the U.S.

*Job responsibilities will involve travel and work beyond the regularly scheduled workdays, i.e., weekends and evenings as scheduled.
