Families across Hurricane Dorian impacted areas need your help. Catholic Charities is distributing needed supplies such as food, baby items, cleaning supplies, and toiletries to help survivors. See below for information on how large groups can help with this effort!

Fill the Truck Donation Drive
Contact disasterdonations@raldioc.org to schedule the event.
Advertise the date of the donation drive (Examples of where to advertise are in parish bulletins, on social media and by posting flyers).
Rent a box truck and identify volunteers to drive the truck.
Collect the following items:

Food (only non-perishable items)

Baby Products (diapers, wipes, non-perishable baby food, formula)

Cleaning Supplies (paper towels, wipes, bleach, spray cleaner)

Gift Cards ($25 gas or grocery)

Toiletries (toilet paper, toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, shaving
cream, razors)

Financial contributions (checks can be made payable to “Catholic
Charities”
Confirm distribution location by emailing disasterdonations@raldioc.org.
Volunteers drive filled box truck to point of distribution (The point of distribution will be in an impacted area. Volunteers should be prepared for driving and unloading supplies to take a full day).
