Catholic Charities serves the 54 eastern-most counties in North Carolina through seven regional offices and multiple other sites. The regional offices provide direct services for vulnerable families, regardless of their faith tradition, in Durham, Fayetteville, Greenville, Hertford, New Bern, Raleigh and Wilmington. Other sites are in Burgaw, Burlington and Cary, and at multiple Catholic parishes. These regional and satellite offices are supported by the Catholic Charities Administrative Offices which are located at the Catholic Center in Raleigh.
Please take an opportunity to browse this website and see how we are “Providing Help and Creating Hope” through our work in Clinical Counseling, Emergency Assistance, Family Support Services, Pregnancy Services and Parish Social Ministry throughout the Diocese of Raleigh. We are proud to have worked with over 16,000 families in the past year through the efforts of about 50 staff and over 1,500 volunteers.
If you are looking for help, please go to the Locations tab and choose the regional office that serves the area in which you live. If you can consider supporting Catholic Charities, choose the How to Contribute tab, or the Volunteer tab to see how you might help us meet some needs of vulnerable and isolated families; for, as Christ said (Matthew 25), “whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.”
